1. The clubroom shall be under the direction of the Officers and Management Committee of Kingsbridge Rugby Football Club Limited - hereinafter called the Club.

2. The Honorary Secretary shall ensure that the Club is suitably registered under the Licensing Acts, and it shall be the duty of the Management Committee to ensure that the provision of the Licensing Acts are at all times strictly enforced.

3. The Clubroom shall be open to all members of the Club, and the hours during which intoxicating liquor may be supplied shall be subject to the current Licensing Regulations as set down in the Club Premises Certificate.

 Every member shall be allowed to introduce guests into the clubroom subject to such regulations as shall be made from time to time by the
ommittee, and every such guest shall be the guest of, and accompanied by the member introducing them, both of whom shall sign the visitors book upon entering the premises.

5. Persons other than members and their guests may be admitted to the Club Premises, being persons visiting the Club by invitation for official purposes within the objects of the Club including members and officials representing teams and their supporters officially invited in connection with a fixture involving a home club and members of bona fide recreation or entertainment groups visiting the Club for a particular function. Intoxicating liquor may be sold by or on behalf of the Club, for the consumption on the premises by persons admitted in accordance with these rules.

6. The Management Committee reserve the right to terminate the membership of any club member for infringement of the rules or for conduct, which in the opinion of the Committee, is prejudicial to the interests or proper conduct of the Club or clubroom.

7. On not more than 12 occasions per year, commencing on 1st January, admission to the Club shall be permitted to persons other than members and their guests. Such persons shall be admitted to attend functions promoted by and the responsibility of members, who shall be required to be present on the Club premises during the entire duration of the function. Such functions shall be held only with the approval of the Management Committee and shall be organised for the purpose of raising money for Club Funds or to discharge the liabilities of the Club. Persons attending such functions shall be members, their bonafide guests or members of the public who have purchased a ticket prior to the date of the function. Persons other than members and their bona fide guests, who are not in possession of a ticket, shall be refused admission to the Club and there should be no sales of tickets on the day of the event.

8. No smoking is permitted in the clubroom.
